Project Manager
Responsible for the planning, delivery and financial control of projects ranging from £10K to £1M. We are seeking an individual who has presence in front of clients, as well as confidence with sensitivity, who is equally able to work with consultants, contractors and our own tradesmen. Site Manager
Carpentry background – good communication and administration skills essential; with a sound background in all site trades. Computer skills an advantage.
Decorators
Must be skilled in hanging wide vinyl, tape and jointing and shop fitting experience an advantage. A full driving licence and willingness to travel is essential for all the above roles. Excellent remuneration packages will reflect the importance of these positions applicants will be CRB checked to work in the financial sector.
Estimator / Quantity Surveyor
The role will involve sub-contract buying and procurement of materials. Previous experience working in the capacity of Estimator/QS/ -Buyer, focused and commercially astute. In addition the candidate must be competent in the preparation and submission of tender bids.
