Site Manager

Rocare is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong carpentry background to join our growing team. This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a solid understanding of all site trades.

Key Requirements:

• Proven carpentry background with hands-on experience across multiple site trades
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage site teams effectively
• Good administrative and organisational skills for project reporting and compliance
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, project management software, etc.) desirable
• Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
