Internal and external refit
Externally, we installed a new DDA compliant ramp, electro-mechanical entrance door and shop-front, with fascia signage and brick plinth to the front and side elevation. Internally, we provided new finishes and fitments to create a new Banking Hall, counter/till area, private office, open plan and cellular meeting/interview rooms and public seating areas. On the first floor we created a staff kitchen/canteen, store, toilets and a cleaner’s cupboard etc. We also installed a new passenger lift.
