Rocare delivered a comprehensive internal and external refit for Cooperative Financial Services.

Externally, the transformation included installation of a DDA-compliant ramp, an electro-mechanical entrance door, an upgraded shop-front, prominent fascia signage, and a robust brick plinth that enhanced both the front and side elevations.

Internally, Rocare crafted a modern Banking Hall, added a counter/till area, a private office, a blend of open-plan and cellular meeting/interview rooms, and public seating areas. On the first floor, a freshly completed staff kitchen/canteen, storage space, toilets, and a cleaner’s cupboard now complement the newly installed passenger lift.
