Situated within the stunning 13th-century Manor House Hotel in Castle Combe, Rocare completed the full refurbishment of the main kitchen and ancillary areas. The project was delivered as a turnkey design and build contract, completed on time, within budget, and to programme.

The kitchen is the heart of any hotel, especially one hosting a Michelin-starred restaurant. The Executive Chef and his brigade create seasonal dishes served in the award-winning Bybrook Restaurant. Our refurbishment ensured that the kitchen environment matched the high standards required for a world-class culinary team.

Comprehensive Turnkey Delivery

During the six-week closure, the kitchen was stripped back to its bare structure. Rocare provided new mechanical, electrical, drainage, and AFD services, alongside complete replacement of all finishes. Works were executed sympathetically within the constraints of the Listed Building, ensuring minimal disruption while preparing the space for guests.
